Small Business Products guarantees our products to meet all bank, Federal Reserve System (Including Check 21) and ABA requirements to be clearly read electronically by your bank. We do ask that you check the bank information and all numbering information completely and carefully on the comfirmation we send to you. Once you have approved the proof, we will not be responsible for data errors. We will (any or all may occur at our discretion) replace or refund (upon return of defective checks) for defective products that are not order entry errors. Should a refund be necessary on a credit card order, we will process the refund to the card originally charged.

Small Business Products guarantees our products for 100% customer satisfaction, however, we will not refund for orders where the customer has approved incorrect information, so check your order carefully before approving it.
